The CARILEC Disaster Assistance Program (CDAP) was established to facilitate cooperation among Member Utilities to better manage the damages caused by annual hurricanes. Accordingly, the programme was formerly known as the CARILEC……
Over the years, CDAP has distributed numerous hurricane relief packages through CARILEC Member donations, to affected states.
The hallmark of CDAP is the provision of lineworker services which enables timely power restoration post disaster.
CDAP prides itself on fostering community and team building, whereby utility lineworkers from various member states work together towards a common goal.
